A. Tell her sister/my friend

If I hide it, and her sister finds out my friendship will probably be over. Not only that her sister is friends with all my other friends too. So I will probably lose more than one friend.

Seriously, if your friend thinks as highly of you as you say she does, she’sd probably be very happy if you were dating her sister and possibly one day a part of her family. Me I have a bunch of jerks for friends and would never let my sister date one of them, haha.
